This next phase focuses on developing actionable frameworks and strengthening capacity for responsible AI adoption in financial services.   **1. AI governance handbook and toolkits** - A comprehensive AI Governance Handbook will offer practical guidance for applying responsible AI principles across financial institutions. - The updated Veritas AI Toolkit will address emerging challenges, integrating governance into model development and risk management. **2. Capacity building and ecosystem growth** - Phase 2 emphasizes equipping financial professionals with skills to innovate responsibly. - Collaboration will expand to include technology providers, consulting firms, and industry associations to strengthen Singapore's AI ecosystem. **3. North Star: Holistic AI governance** - The project aims to create a robust framework addressing risks and opportunities, from cybersecurity to ethical use, ensuring AI adoption aligns with transparency, fairness, and accountability. Phase 2 of Project MindForge is a significant stride towards enabling financial institutions in Singapore to harness the potential of AI while navigating its challenges.
