**AI Model Deployment**: Development of thousands of AI models used across different departments (e.g., customer service, risk management, HR).

**Gen AI Integration**: Exploration of Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities for various vertical and horizontal use cases including customer service, operations, and coding.

**Impact Metrics**: Significant metric outcomes, showcasing economic benefits from AI investments; plans to further enhance these metrics.

**Future Vision**: Gen AI will transform DBS's business operating models, enhancing productivity, expertise, and personalisation.
